Buildings and Resources
Students have access to customer service and technical support from the moment they decide to enroll at Walden University. Led by Walden's online Concierge Team, this support begins with a software orientation for all admitted students to familiarize them with Walden's distance learning environment before they begin classes. And while in their programs students are able to access faculty and advisors concerning program planning, University procedures, course registration and curriculum and degree completion. Available online or by phone, academic advisors monitor students' progress, offer assistance throughout a student's entire academic career, and serve as a link between students and faculty. Other services include a virtual bookstore, comprehensive research library and databases, the Center for Research Support that provides assistance in all aspects of research, and a writing center that includes a dedicated staff of editors and tutors. Additional technical support at Walden is available 24/7.
